Broker's Comments
As I first approached this yacht I was taken with her size and elegant lines as she sat along the quayside.
Stepping aboard I was impressed with her wide side decks and long prominent coachroof. The top of the coachroof is made up of a large flat area which would make a nice lounging area or for storage.
The wheelhouse has a lovely outlook onto and around the boat with large wide windows letting the daylight flood into the boat. There is a seating area on the port side and the helm, and helm controls, located on the starboard side.
To the rear of the wheelhouse are some steps which lead down to a large rear cabin which is currently being used as a store and utility room housing a washer dryer.
From the front to the wheelhouse the companionway leads you down into the main galley saloon area. This is an impressive area which feels very spacious and stylish.
The saloon houses two very comfortable looking sofas with a large screen TV and an attractive gas stove.
The galley is located on the starboard side of the boat with good space to move around. It is fitted with large work surfaces and storage.
Moving forward beyond the galley and located on the port side of the boat is the galley table with bench seating located around the table.
A second cabin is located further forward on the starboard side and then next to that is the heads. Just ahead of that is the forward cabin with a large centrally located double berth.
The vessel has lots of portholes, hatches and windows located around the boat and I was impressed with the amount of natural light which floods through into the boat.
With her impressive size, great headroom throughout and her stylish accommodation, I was very impressed with her layout and she felt like a very nice place to be.
The current mooring for this boat is paid up until June 2024 and is included in the sale of the boat and her current berth has fantastic views from Torpoint.
