A great opportunity to live afloat in possibly the best marina in London. This steel hull sailing vessel offers a good amount of accommodation, with two cabins, heads, galley and a comfortable saloon.
The marina is run by Southwark Council and has lower than average mooring fees. Current mooring fees are £7,940 per annum.
The boat has recently been lifted from the water for routine maintenance, with new anodes fitted and anti-foul paint coating.
