Toilettes 1 Toilettes (Manuels)

A Livingston dinghy and 3hp Evinrude outboard are attached to the swim step along with a small auxiliary Danforth anchor. The solar panels are attached to Bimini supports on the flybridge. Entering the main cabin the large windows to port and starboard allow a tremendous amount of interior light. The forward windows have sliders for ventilation and they don’t appear to have evidence of any of leaking.
The galley is starboard: a three-burner Magic Chef propane stove and oven, sink with storage drawers and cabinet below, and a Sanyo refrigerator completes the galley.
Forward of the galley is the lower helm station with an original Tollycraft helm chair, electrical panel, and navigation equipment. Navigation equipment is dated but operational; the owner uses an iPad with software for navigation. The view from the helm seat is excellent.
To port, as you enter the cabin, is the head compartment with a manual flush toilet and five (5) gallon holding tank, a sink, a shower wand with separate faucet and shower curtain (a nice setup for a small space!). Forward is the facing settee and table for approximately four people. The settee can convert to a potential double, or a comfortable single berth. The full width v-berth is forward with additional storage below the berth. A hatch above provides ventilation, access to the bow as well as emergency egress. Heat is provided by a Red Dot system or space heaters (plenty of electricity from the solar panels and additional house batteries!). Though dated, the interior feels comfortable and I can imagine it would be easy to enjoy many adventures Summer, Spring or Fall!

Commentaires du Broker

Twin Mercruiser MCM 165’s with stern drives, alone, make this boat standout. Power, coupled with the deep modified-V hull and 10’ beam give her the ability to handle weather if you are caught unexpectedly. The twin engines allow greater maneuverability in tight areas as well.
Upgrades and added equipment:
Two (2) 100w solar panels with Victron charging controls
Four (4) batteries dedicated to the Jupiter 1500w inverter; two (2) additional house batteries for the DC alone.
Five (5) gallon Insta-hot hot water tank. New shower system in the head.
Stern drives were replaced by previous owner in 2023 prior to purchase.
She deserves some cosmetic attention but mechanically she is sound and a very rare twin engine model.
